Do I need any previous experience to join?

No experience is needed at all. This Level 1 training is perfect for complete beginners as well as those who already practice Reiki or other healing modalities and want to explore something deeper.

What will I be able to do after completing Level 1?

You’ll be able to give Anusha Healing sessions to yourself and others, both in person and remotely. You’ll also have tools for grounding, spiritual protection, and self-care that you can use every day.

What happens during the training day?

Accepted Answer

The day combines learning and experience. You’ll receive your at-one-ment (Anusha initiation), explore the first five symbols, learn healing techniques, and be guided through meditations and energetic practices. The energy flows throughout the day, so it’s as much a healing experience as a course!

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Just yourself and an open heart. Comfortable clothing is recommended. You may want to bring a notebook, water bottle, and a light lunch. Snacks will be provided for the day.

Will I receive any materials?

Yes. You’ll receive a printed manual and the official Anusha Healing book to support your learning and practice.

Is there a follow-up or next level after this course?

Yes! You can continue your journey with Anusha Level 2, which goes deeper into further symbols and techniques. Level 1 is the foundation that opens the path.

What if I’m nervous or not sure I’ll feel anything?

That’s completely okay and very common. There’s no “right” way to experience energy. Some people feel the energy straight away; others notice gentle shifts over the following days. The energy always works, even if it feels subtle. The energy meets you exactly where you are.

Anusha is a higher-frequency energy that focuses on ending the search, helping you realise that what you’ve been seeking is already within you.
