Another Look: Rubin Observatory

On June 23, 2025, the Vera C. Rubin Observatory revealed its first images to the world. Rubin is a revolutionary telescope scanning the southern sky with the largest digital camera ever built and a dream 25 years in the making. This maked the start of the Legacy Survey of Space and Time (LSST), a decade-long project that will create the most detailed time-lapse movie of our Universe. NCPS was lucky enough to host a live screening of the event in June and we're now offering a "Second Look" at this historic unveiling to the New Canaan comminity.
