Professor Juan Pablo Garcia has designed a 90-minute class focused on foundational concepts and high-level application.

• Technique Deep Dive:
• A break down of signature techniques that have defined success this year for many of our EDJ competitors. You'll receive focused, step-by-step instruction.
• Specific Training:
• Apply the learned techniques immediately through high-intensity, position-specific drilling and training, ensuring instant retention.
• Full Sparring Session:
• A high-energy, timed sparring rotation where you can test your techniques against all belt levels in the academy.
