ARE YOU READY TO LEARN HOW TO MAKE A DELICIOUS CROISSANTS FROM SCRATCH WITH ME ON ZOOM???? Class will take place on January 7th & 8th from 4-7:30PM EST.

CROISSANTS ARE A LAMINATED YEAST DOUGH that is fun to make and delicious!! They take some time and patience, but the end result is so much fun!

In this class we will go over:

• how to work with yeast
• how to make your butter block and incorporate it into your dough
• how to do your folds and properly rest your dough
• how to shape and bake your dough
• how to make chocolate and almond croissant fillings
• AND of course, you will have your own croissants to enjoy after the class.

Annie is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University and has over 19 years professional baking experience as a Pastry Chef and over 7 1/2 years experience teaching students of all ages locally in Cleveland and internationally on zoom.

Annie has taught over 1500 baking classes to students as young as 3 and has had her classes featured in both Country Living Magazine and Parade Magazine.I am Ann LoParo, aka Annie and I have been a Pastry Chef for 18 years and I have been Teaching baking classes since 2018.

I will go step by step through the process of making everything from start to finish.

1 TICKET COVERS BOTH DAYS AND 1 TICKET IS REQUIRED PER PERSON.
