Babka is a sweet braided bread that is fun and easy to make!

In this class we will go over:

• how to work with yeast
• how to make your babka dough from scratch
• how to incorporate your chocolate filling into your babka dough
• AND of course, you will have your own chocolate babka to enjoy at the end of class.

Annie is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University and has over 19 years professional baking experience as a Pastry Chef and over 7 1/2 years experience teaching students of all ages locally in Cleveland and internationally on zoom.

Annie has taught over 1500 baking classes to students as young as 3 and has had her classes featured in both Country Living Magazine and Parade Magazine.I am Ann LoParo, aka Annie and I have been a Pastry Chef for 18 years and I have been Teaching baking classes since 2018.

I will go step by step through the process of making everything from start to finish. Everyone that is participating in the class requires a ticket.
