You’ll learn how to safely release stored anger from your body, calm your nervous system and shift from reactivity to grounded clarity through breath, movement, sound and somatic work.

We work directly with the body, because that’s where the tension has been stored.

• Regulate your nervous system before, during and after release
• Reconnect with your body’s signals and boundaries
