An Interplay of Science and Sacred: This course is a weaving of two powerful worlds. We will use the cutting-edge science of polyvagal theory as a map to understand our nervous systems, while drawing on universal ancient wisdom to guide us toward wholeness. Jessica will offer practices from her honored teachers in Qigong and Chinese Medicine, Earth-based practices, and the Divine Feminine path (genderless Yin) as well as her learning expertise as a somatic psychotherapist and spiritual awakening coach.
The Body as a Gateway: We will explore the inseparable connection between the physical and energetic bodies. Through gentle movement and meditation, you will learn to listen to your body's subtle cues, access its innate intelligence, and release held stress and emotion. Deepening into the sacred relationship with your animal body and its higher wisdom allows us to access new worlds of information and experience.
