By Cancer Kinship
Multiple dates
Overview
When the storms of grief rise, may we anchor ourselves in shared stories, gentle strength, and healing connections.
What you’ll experience during the 6-week series:
- Supportive gatherings guided by a compassionate facilitator
- Meaningful conversations about grief, love, and remembrance
- Tools for emotional grounding and gentle healing practices
- A circle of care built on listening, trust, and connection
- A safe, confidential space for all who are grieving
Who should attend: This group is for adults who have experienced the death of a loved one and are seeking a supportive space to process and connect. It's ideally suited for those who:
- Are past the immediate shock of loss (typically not in the first few days or weeks), yet still navigating the emotional aftermath.
- Are ready to sit with grief in community, share meaningfully, and listen with understanding.
- Can participate weekly—fostering trust, depth, and connection
Facilitated by Susie Searcy, experienced grief support group facilitator and co-owner of Portal of Peace. Pre-Registration is required.
