Speaker:

Paul Wilson, UX Design Lead, JPMorgan Chase

Paul is a UX Design Lead at JP Morgan Chase with over 10 years of experience designing intuitive, human-centered experiences within the financial services sector. At JP Morgan, he leads a team of designers and researchers focused on transforming the firm’s global payments platform, used to move trillions of dollars annually, by simplifying complex systems and embedding design thinking into enterprise processes. Prior to joining JP Morgan, Paul led UX and service design projects at Barclays, HSBC, KPMG, and several high-growth companies.
