👉 Reserve Your Spot Today
Space is intentionally limited to create an intimate and focused learning environment.

🌙 At Safe & Sound Wellness, we hold space for deep rest and inner stillness…and that begins the moment you arrive.

Doors open early so you have time to:

  • Find parking
  • Enter the space with intention
  • Settle into your spot
  • Use the restroom without rush

This gentle rhythm signals your nervous system to begin slowing down—before the first sound even plays.

Here’s a quick guide to help you prepare:

✨ Safe & Sound Wellness is located at 93 1/2 King streeton the second floor inside the Oldest City Arts & Wellness Lounge in downtown St. Augustine.

Note: The turn off King street is easy to miss! We are located behind Flagler Youth Ministry — you'll see their sign at the road. Turn there and head straight toward the white Victorian building -- that's us!

Doors Open: 20 minutes before the start time so you can settle in. Please aim to arrive at least 15 minutes early to find parking and locate our space.

Late Entry: We begin promptly, and late entry is not permitted to maintain the peaceful atmosphere. If you’re running late, text Christen at (904) 417-8426 and we will do our best to hold the door for the first few minutes.

Cell Phones: Please turn your cell phones off or set them to airplane mode upon arrival. Any text alerts or vibrations can be heard during the sound bath, especially when placed in the cubbies. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful experience for yourself and everyone.

What to Bring: Just yourself in comfortable clothing — mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided. Filtered water and herbal tea will be available before and after the session.

Scents & Fragrances: Please refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, or strongly scented products to the sound bath. Many participants are sensitive to fragrance, and even subtle scents can feel overwhelming in a shared healing space. Thank you for helping us create a clean, comfortable environment for all.

💧 Preparation Tips

  • Hydrate well with water before and after the session.
  • Avoid caffeine or heavy meals at least 2 hours prior for the most restorative experience.

Parking: Please plan for traffic as we are located in downtown St. Augustine. Free parking is available but limited in front of the building (brick & paved areas marked Oldest City Arts & Wellness Lounge). We’ll be parking tandem — if a spot is taken, please park directly behind that car. If full, additional parking is available nearby at:

  • 30 Granada Street, just a short 5-minute walk away and street parking can be found on Granada Street and Cedar Street.
  • City Parking rates are .50/hr for residents and the full rate is $2.50/hr. Pay at the meter with a credit card or through the ParkStAug App. City parking is free on Sundays until 1pm

We can't wait to welcome you into this sacred space and share a peaceful, heart-centered experience with you! ✨

With heartfelt gratitude,
Christen Helme
