In anticipation of the upcoming 2017-2018 season, the Phoenix Office of Arts and Culture has partnered with Artlink, Inc. in the development of a promotional tool for your events, a centralized arts and culture event calendar. The calendar is powered by the Phoenix Urban Guide (“PUG”) which Artlink currently uses to promote First Fridays events. It’s now ready for use by our entire arts and culture community.

We’re offering a hands-on orientation to this new tool Monday, September 11 at 4 p.m.at the FOUND:RE Phoenix Hotel. This is a chance for you or your marketing staff to learn how to import your events – or season schedule – through a very simple process.

The information session will be followed by a “Mixed Media Happy Hour” where we will have the opportunity to mix and mingle with our fellow arts community members.

FOUND:RE Phoenix offers complimentary valet (gratuities greatly appreciated) and the hotel is conveniently located adjacent to the Roosevelt & Central light rail station, which also has a GRiD Bikes station on the platform.
