An Introduction to Child Development: Milestones, Behavior, & Best Practices

**FREE Professional Development Opportunity** for early childhood providers, caregivers, healthcare providers, family advocates, and anyone who works with children ages 0-5!

Join Assuring Better Child Health & Development (ABCD) for an introductory training on child development. In this three hour, two-night training (1.5 hours each night) participants will discover what child development truly means, explore the five key developmental domains, and uncover why understanding healthy development transforms your work with children and families. Participants will be supported as they learn to plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and support children’s social-emotional development using positive guidance strategies. Resources will be provided.

This VIRTUAL training will occur over two 90-minute sessions on March 24th and March 25th from 6:00-7:30 pm . Participants must attend both nights to earn credit hours and a certificate of completion.
