Join Assuring Better Child Health & Development (ABCD) for an introductory training on child development. In this three hour, two-night training (1.5 hours each night) participants will discover what child development truly means, explore the five key developmental domains, and uncover why understanding healthy development transforms your work with children and families. Participants will be supported as they learn to plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and support children’s social-emotional development using positive guidance strategies. Resources will be provided.
This VIRTUAL training will occur over a three and half hour session (including a 30 minute break) on January 17th, 2025 from 9:00am-12:30 pm. Participants must attend for the entire session to earn credit hours and a certificate of completion.
