I also offer energy healing support for your children and pets, helping them release stored tension, rebalance their systems, and return to a calm, grounded state of being.
What Is Polarity Energy Healing?
Polarity therapy is a five-part healing process that blends multiple modalities into one personalized session:
- Dialogue – We begin with intentional conversation to explore what’s coming up and where you’re feeling blocked.
- Guided Meditation – You’re led into a deeper space of awareness where we gently explore the root of the issue—often a memory, sensation, or repeating pattern.
- Elemental Diagnosis – Based on your emotions, words, and physical cues, I identify which of the five elements (earth, water, fire, air, ether) is most out of balance.
- Hands-On Energy Work – Using gentle touch, I help release blocked energy from the body through rocking, stillness, or pressure as needed.
- Integration Tools – I may offer movement, food recommendations, or grounding rituals to support continued healing at home.
Every session is uniquely guided by what your body and spirit need most. This work is especially supportive for postpartum recovery, emotional overwhelm, grief, life transitions, and deep energetic disconnection.
