This workshop is for mental health therapists/supervisors, but people in related fields (e.g., education, healthcare, DEIB) are welcome, and often get a lot out of the material, but with the understanding that the focus will be for mental health therapists.

No.  This workshop will be a live online workshop (Zoom) for synchronous learning.
