An Evening with Sean of the South
Overview
Join us for an evening of music, stories, and laughter as Landmarks of DeKalb County, Inc. is pleased to announce the return of author & humorist Sean Dietrich, better known as Sean of the South, to the historic Fort Payne Opera House.
Dietrich is a columnist and novelist known for his commentary on life in the American South. His work has appeared in Newsweek, Southern Living, Garden & Gun, The Bitter Southerner, The Birmingham News, and more. He has authored eighteen books and over four thousand columns, as well as appearing on the Grand Ole Opry. The best place to stay up to date with Sean is at: Sean of the South.
The doors open at 4:30 and the show starts at 5:30. All are welcome to join Sean at a meet and greet after the show where he'll be hugging necks, signing books and taking photos. As always, you are most welcome to bring your books from home to have them signed. Books and other merch will be available before and after the show.
