About The Foundation

The Nowell Family Foundation, a nonprofit organization, is committed to combating the opioid crisis by providing hope and healing through Bradley’s House, a recovery facility for musicians. Using music as therapy, they create a safe space for individuals to reclaim their lives. Through events like sobriety festivals and benefit concerts, they raise awareness, reduce stigma, and fund recovery efforts.

During part of the live performance, guests will get a behind-the-scenes look at the recording of the Muffin But Good Vibes Acoustic Sessions—a local San Diego music discovery series dedicated to showcasing talented independent artists.

"Rachael Plays Guitar is a Phoenix-based singer-songwriter whose music lives in a world of her own making. She blends a soulful introspection and vibe reminiscent of Amy Winehouse with a Norah Jones like vocal tone, the lyrical honesty and musical exploration of Mac Miller, and the guitar-driven storytelling of John Mayer—crafting a sonic space that’s both familiar and uniquely her own."
