What time should we arrive?

It is recommended to arrive at Hotel Clermont around 6pm. The first 45 minutes - hour of the event is a dedicated cocktail hour, allowing you time to enjoy a complimentary McTavish Spirits cocktail, as well as find your seats and get comfortable.
