Joshua is a modern-day philosopher of classical education and an expert in pedagogy. A humanities teacher for 19 years at Veritas School and currently Director at The Classical Teaching Institute. He has written numerous articles for the Circe Institute and authored several books including How To Be Unlucky and Love That Lasts.

Doors will open at 6:30 pm

Please park on the sanctuary side of the building. The entrance is off of Trimble Ave. and the lot is behind the large Bethel Baptist Church sign. There is a second lot on the opposite side of the building you may use if the sanctuary lot becomes full.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Yes, there is handicap parking available and a ramp for easy access.

Is this event suitable for children?

Children who are able to sit quietly and attentively are welcome to attend. We do not recommend children under the age of 5 attend, especially babies and toddlers. Nursing babies are welcome.

Do all attendees need a ticket?

Yes, everyone who attends will need to purchase a ticket, including children. Nursing babies do not need to have a purchased ticket.

What is the temperature of the venue?

The temperature will be set to 70 degrees. It may, however, become warm. We recommend that you bring a sweater if you are cool to start but can remove if need be.
