Welcome to An Alternative Perspective: Online Networking!

We are delighted to bring you our virtual networking experience where we will discussing all things neurodiversity in the spheres of employment, education, business and more.

Join us from wherever you are in the world for an evening of networking, learning and reflection.

You will have the opportuinity to connect with each other in break out spaces, before hearing from our incredible speakers who will be sharing their experiences with us during the presentation and Q&A phase.

Joining us will be:

Shih-Ching Wei-Prichard - Shih-Ching is a Certified Personal Performance Coach originally from Taiwan, dedicated to supporting neurodivergent families. With 25 years’ experience as a music teacher and as a parent to a neurodivergent teenager, she brings deep empathy and lived experience to her coaching.Her work empowers parents and promotes neurodiversity awareness through 1:1 coaching, group sessions, talks, and workshops. She collaborates with schools, families, and organisations to create supportive, inclusive environments.Shih-Ching is a peer educator at Autism Hub London and facilitates workshops for Mencap and PINS across London. She also founded Neurodiversity Connections, an online platform for parents of neurodivergent children. Her vision is a world where everyone can be themselves—without masking or pressure to conform.

Ynés Hernández Day -Growing up as a third culture kid, living overseas her whole life, Ynés has struggled to feel accepted due to growing up with Dyscalculia and several undiagnosed neurodiverse conditions. She is a proud advocate for mental health and neurodiversity and looks forward to sharing her story.
