An Afternoon with Sibylline Press

By Hosted by Lit Camp and Page Street

Overview

Join us for a chance to hear about Sibylline, drink mimosas, and pitch your book.

One of the biggest supporters of women writers of a certain age is Sibylline Press. The press started in August 2022 with the goal of publishing the brilliant work of women authors over 50. They now publish 60 titles a year in three imprints, focused on fiction of all kinds, memoir, and craft titles.

Woman-owned, the press is run by Vicki DeArmon, publisher, Julia Park Tracey, editorial director, Anna Termine, rights & licensing director, and Alicia Feltman, brand and art director.

Vicki and Julia will present more about Sibylline and what they are looking for from authors. They will be joined by authors Simi Monheit, The Goldie Standard: A Novel, and Mary Alice Stephens, Uncorked: A Memoir of Letting Go and Starting Over. Both will share how it is to be a Sibylline author.

Each attendee at the event will have the opportunity to present a 1 minute elevator pitch for their book to the publishers.

Julia Park Tracey is also the author of the recently released novel, Whoa, Nelly! A Love Story with Footnotes and Vicki's memoir about book publishing, Foghorn: The Nearly True Story of a Small Publishing Empire was released in April 2025.
