Join us for the presentation of The Pit, the new graphic novel by Dutch illustrator and graphic novel artist Erik Kriek. We will be talking about his new book as well as his influences and how folklore became a part of this work.

About Erik Kriek:
Erik Kriek (1966 - Amsterdam) studied illustration and graphic arts at the Rietveld Academy for Art and Design in Amsterdam. Ever since graduating in 1991 he has been working as a free-lance illustrator and has also achieved international acclaim as a comics author.
