In September of 2024, many of you joined us at the Greenville County Philanthropic Landscape Reveal. The study provided crucial insights into the scope of philanthropic investment in the region and sets the stage for collective planning to address future community needs. One of the key findings stated that individual giving presents the greatest opportunity for nonprofits.

In response, Greater Good Greenville has aligned with community fundraising professionals to develop a training and a mentor program aimed at connecting seasoned fundraisers with individuals and organizations looking to take their individual giving strategy to the next level. Please join us as we equip local nonprofits on their journeys to develop a robust individual giving strategy within their organizations.

Workshop participants will:

Gain insights for organizations who are: looking to build, looking to elevate, or looking to transform their individual giving strategy
Receive tips for developing an individual giving strategy as well as a timeline with steps for implementation
Debunk fundraising myths
Walk away with resources ready for immediate use

Participants will also learn about the new mentoring program, an opportunity to align with local fundraising professionals one on one. The application process for the first cohort will open immediately following this event.

It is guaranteed to be a fun, informative and productive space and we hope to see you there! Please note, attendees will be asked to fill out a brief pre-event survey that will help inform the event programing content. This event is available for nonprofit development professionals, CEOs and/or board members.
