Americas Favorite Couple - Minnesota Locals

Local Minnesota natives are competing for America's hearts and America's votes!

Jessalyn Roussin (of Big Lake, MN) and Brendon Chester (of Windom, MN) are a newly engaged couple currently residing in Clearwater, MInnesota. They are small business owners who work hard to achieve their dreams and goals. They both work hard in several avenues to work towards their dream wedding, home, and future family. They are currently in the National Competition called Americas Favorite Couple. Its hosts are the famous Jeff and Emilie Goldblum. This competition is put on by Colossal which is the world's leading professional fundraising platform. Through the Americas Favorite Couple competition, Colossal aims to raise awareness and support for Oceana and the L.A. Regional Food Bank. Both of which are non-profits aimed at helping hunger and ocean preservation.

The couple is very active in the community, and they have several ties to many small towns around the state. Jessalyn has several business ventures that she has either started or joined. Brendon works hard at his lifelong career locally, while helping out his fiance with her business ventures, and is extremely proud of his journey with sobriety. They help other local businesses with projects, and participate in other non-profit events across Minnesota.

Jessalyn and Brendon are currently sitting within the Top 5 couples of the race in their group, and fighting to continue moving forward to the top! The competition started with over 200,000 couples across the United States and is slowly dwindling down to the final competitors. There are only a few weeks left, and they are searching for the support of their community, friends, and family.

The voting for the couple is free to the public, and each voter can vote once every 24 hours online. If any voters choose to buy additional votes, all voting tallies go towards their couple, and all funds go to the non-profit putting on the event. There are opportunities to increase the voting, fundraise additional votes, and double-voting days that occur throughout each week. There are four rounds left, and it is estimated to finish by September 19th, 2025. The winner of the competition is set to win $20,000 and is featured in a 2-page article in the world famous Variety magazine, which will also host them for a professional photoshoot. This could be a major small town win and a great way to represent Minnesota. They need the community's help to get them across the finish line!
