America Makes TRX Hosted by EPRI

What is TRX?

TRX showcases the ongoing and successful America Makes projects portfolio by sharing the research and development of AM within our contracted project efforts. TRX allows the opportunity for members/partners to host the event platform to increase awareness within their region and ecosystem by inviting keynote speakers, their network, partners, and stakeholders. This platform showcases the abilities and efforts of America Makes to effectively collaborate, catalyze and convene the AM ecosystem.

Who Should Attend?

Members and Non-members are welcome! Individuals from industry, academia, government, and economic development agencies are encouraged to attend.

Important Requirements:

Note: Per CFR126., citizens of the following countries will NOT be allowed to participate in this event: Afghanistan, Belarus, Burma, Central African Repulic, China, Cuba, Cyprus, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libiya, Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, and Zimbabwe. Registration from these countries will be canceled.

Non-Government Attendees (Including Contractors)

Note: All non-government attendees (including contractors) are required to have a government Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Logistics Information Service certified DD Form 2345 to attend Day 3 (November 6, 2025) of the event.

America Makes/NCDMM will audit Certification Numbers using the JCP/DLA Database. To determine if your employer already has a certification on file that extends to all employees at your location, visit https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/Services/JCP/ or call the Joint Certification Office at 1-800-352-3572. Every location of a company MUST have its own certification.

Registration for Day 3 is considered pending until participants submit a digital hard copy of their DD Form 2345 to America Makes. The participant is responsible for emailing their employer’s form to info@americamakes.us. Day 3 attendance is contingent upon America Makes/NCDMM confirmation of an active DD Form 2345.

Government Attendees

All U.S. active duty military personnel and Government Civilian Employees are exempt from these certification requirements but must show proper identification at registration check-in (Government ID preferred).

Photo identification is REQUIRED for all participants on Day 3.

Cancellations, Refunds, No-Shows, and Substitutes:

Written cancellation notice must be received before COB on Friday, October 10, 2025, to qualify for a refund (Please email Zach Smith). All cancellations are assessed a processing fee of $75. Cancellations received after this date, as well as attendee “no-shows” are ineligible for a refund. Registrants unable to attend the event can send a substitute in their place without transfer or cancellation fees. Please notify us with substitution requests.

Cancellations received after Friday, October 10, 2025, and attendee “No-Shows” are ineligible for a refund.

America Makes/NCDMM periodically prints and creates multimedia marketing materials related to our events and programs. In some cases, the materials contain photos or videos of participants. By registering for our events, you and your company consent to the use of any images for marketing and public communication purposes, without compensation. In addition to this, we may share your name, job title, and company in the form of an 'attendee list' for distribution.
