Meet the Presenters

Jenny Hamilton

Director of Community Partnership Strategy, National Aquarium

Jenny Hamilton oversees community engagement and partnership strategies at the National Aquarium. As a member of the Marketing senior leadership team, she holds a joint focus on building relevancy with new audiences and on overcoming barriers for underserved communities. Her knowledge of community organizing and museum studies leads her to create inclusive, relevant, co-designed cultural experiences that connect people to nature. Prior to this role, she held positions in Aquarium Operations after receiving her B.S. in Psychology, honing a unique perspective on balancing logistics, strategy, and organizational development.

Sarah Doccolo

Community Programs Manager, National Aquarium

Sarah Doccolo manages community programs at the National Aquarium which provide access through events and programs designed to serve local communities. With a background in the arts, she has been deeply involved with multiple award-winning theater companies in Baltimore as a director, performer and educator for more than a decade. She is passionate about large scale collaboration rooted in joy and connection with nature.

Chuck Azubike

Marketing Programs Manager, National Aquarium

Chuck Azubike is the Marketing Programs Manager at the National Aquarium, where he manages a portfolio of audience acquisition programs that are aimed at driving ticket sales and expanding access for the local community. He holds a B.S. in Mass Communication/Economics and a M.S. in Marketing Intelligence. Passionate about data science and audience insights, Chuck leverages analytics to refine marketing strategies while fostering community engagement through access programs and in-person activations. His expertise also extends to budget management and admissions strategy, ensuring effective and impactful outreach efforts.
