Alport Connect 2023 is a unique opportunity to interact with medical professionals who have expertise in our rare disease, researchers, and with other Alport syndrome patients/families from across the country. It will be a weekend of learning, connecting, socializing and getting empowered as a community of patients and families. You'll leave the weekend-long event feeling empowered with knowledge and supported by new friends in the extended Alport Community.
Whether you are newly diagnosed or a patient/caregiver with a long history and journey with Alport syndrome, there is a place and purpose for you at Alport Connect 2023.
“Go. Just go. Do whatever you can to attend, and bring the whole family. It was very helpful not only to my teenage son, but also incredibly helpful for me and my husband as parents, and my adult son who does not have Alport syndrome. It helped him understand what his brother is going through, and how to support him. It brought us closer as a family.”
