These are all signs that your body needs to breathe.

When you’ve been holding it all together for too long,
when your chest feels tight, your mind won’t slow down,
and even rest doesn’t feel like rest,
your body is trying to tell you something.

It doesn’t need you to push harder.
It needs you to breathe.

Join us for an in-person breathwork experience at Forte Lab in Astoria, NY, designed to help you release tension, quiet the mind, and return to balance.

This isn’t your typical class.
This is a space for raw honesty and release.
No pretending, no performing, just breathing through what’s real.

Come as you are: alone, tired, angry, hurt.....
Leave lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself.

🕯️ What to Expect
Through guided breathwork, you’ll learn how to:

  • Release built-up stress and emotional heaviness
  • Calm your nervous system and quiet the noise in your head
  • Reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm
  • Find clarity, relief, and a sense of grounded peace

🧘‍♂️ Before You Arrive

  • Bring a yoga mat, blanket, eyes mask or anything that helps you get comfortable.
  • Avoid heavy meals at least two to four hours before.
  • Set an intention: What are you ready to let go of, or allow in?

🌬️During your Session

  • Let go of the Ego and allow yourself to be fully immersed in the experience.
  • Listen to your Coach and Just Breathe.

💧 After the Session

  • Move slowly, stay soft, and drink plenty of water to hydrate.
  • Give yourself a moment to rest before rushing back into your day.
  • Avoid excessive social media. Ground yourself, or take a nice epsom salt bath.
  • Stay for integration and grounding, time to rest, reflect, or share meaningful conversations with others who showed up for themselves too.
