Aloe vera is a common house plant, but few people use and appreciate its many benefits.  Beyond use for burns and cosmetics, aloe vera has many gifts to share.  You will go home from this session with both information and a plant.  The great grandparents of your new aloe were brought to NY from a FL garden in the 1970’s.  Clearly, aloe loves to multiply.

Guest Instructor: Nancy White has lived and gardened and taught in the Schenectady area since 1973.  Her home is the Healing Garden, a United Plant Savers Botanical Sanctuary in Rexford.  Herbs, flowers, vegetables and fruits have been her companions all her life.
