Discover how community partnerships are shaping a healthier Tulsa County!
This annual gathering brings together organizations, residents, and partners from across Tulsa County to reflect on our community’s progress, explore shared challenges, and identify new opportunities to improve health and well-being for everyone.

Through an interactive SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) activity, participants will take part in open conversations about what’s working, what needs attention, and what’s next. Whether you’re new to CHIP or already involved, this is your chance to connect, learn, and help shape community health strategies for the years ahead.

Everyone is welcome—your voice matters in this collective effort to build a stronger, healthier Tulsa County.
