this class is for anyone who’s ever dramatically exhaled to champagne problems, held a plank to the man, or had a full emotional rebirth during all too well (10 minute version) (beks... i'm looking at you👀)
we’re talking breathwork, stretching, soft strength, and a soundtrack that will carry you through every era of your feels 💫

- a 60-minute, all-levels pilates-inspired class with a swiftie twist
- a playlist that hits every era
- a judgment-free zone for swaying, sighing, scream-singing and healing
who is this class for?
this class is for all girls and theys, regardless of skill level! we provide modifications for every movement, so you can choose the version that feels best for you. our space is completely judgment-free—our only goal is for you to show up for yourself and move your body in a way that feels good😊
what do i need to bring?
- bottle of water
- a mat
- comfy workout clothes
- a fresh fit for after if you wanna hit the town
- your fave taylor merch or red lipstick (optional, but so on theme)
- your heartbreak, your hot girl healing energy, and maybe your bestie
all items will be kept with you, so please pack light where possible! ✨
what can i expect?
we'll be checking everyone in at the reception a few minutes before class, then we'll all go up to the studio toether! class will start as promptly as possible, so make sure you arrive with a little bit of time to spare 🦋
