Can I take this class if I am new to Pilates?

Absolutely! This class is designed with all levels in mind. Modifications will be offered throughout the class

Are refunds available?

Refunds are not available for this event, however a tickets can be utilized for future class sessions.

What should I wear to class?

Wear something that you feel comfortable moving in. Note that some movements may enable you to sweat. This class is best done barefoot.

Where is the class located?

This class is located in Studio 2 of the Dance Complex. Studio 2 is located on the second level of the building. Once you enter, walk up the stairs to the front desk to check in, then turn left and go one flight of stairs. There are unfortunately no elevators in this building.
