You'll build strength, improve flexibility, and develop body awareness through gentle, guided movements. Britney’s supportive teaching style focuses on what your body can do, helping you move with confidence and ease. No experience needed!
What is Pilates?
Pilates is an exercise system that improves strength, flexibility, and balance. Pilates combines breath, movement, and proper body mechanics to enhance physical and mental awareness of how the body moves and feels.

Britney is a seasoned instructor, who creates classes that aim to nurture the body and strengthen the mind. She developed her deep knowledge and passion for Pilates through years of study and practice. Britney has had the pleasure of training and teaching in many spaces throughout New England, including Life Time Fitness, Down Under School of Yoga, Soma Yoga + many more.

Britney understands that starting a new movement practice can feel intimidating. That’s why she’s committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive environment where every student feels supported. All participants are required to create a Mindbody account with The Dance Complex in order to use the facility. It is highly recommended arriving ~5min prior to the start of class if this is your first time coming to The Dance Complex.
