The goal of Circling is for a group of people to see the world through each other's eyes, and for you to see the world through other people’s eyes. We flourish under the influence of caring, curious, and non-judgmental attention – and so does the connection between us.

My circling teacher Jason Digges talks about a continuum that exists in all interactions: at one end is total safety: no one will say or do anything that incites a feeling of fear or aloneness in you. On the other end is total freedom: you can say or do whatever you want without concern for impact on anyone else. Which end are you attracted to? Which end do you wish other members of the circle were in – and is it the same side?

At this session, we’re going to do some exercises to the explore the dichotomy between authenticity and belonging, with the goal of learning more about ourselves and each other and gaining more awareness as we circle together.

This session is open to everyone, from first-timers to circlilng experts. If money is tight, please contact me for pay-what-you-can options.
