Overview

Step into the ultimate test of grit, endurance, and willpower. The All In. All Out. Hybrid Challenge combines the relentless grind of running with the raw strength of weighted carries. (If you can walk 1 mile in <20 minutes, then you can enjoy being part of this fun, family friendly event.)

Competitors will toe the line on a looped course designed to push both body and mind. Each lap, athletes must complete a running segment followed by a loaded carry—before the next round begins. At the end of each allotted time cap, the clock resets, and those still standing take on the course again.

There are no medals for finishing—because there is no finish line. The laps will continue until every athlete has been eliminated by exhaustion, failure, or time. Only one competitor will remain.

This event is for EVERYONE. It isn’t about speed or PRs, it is about challenging yourself physically and mentally .Strength will fade. Muscles will give out. But those who endure with mind, heart, and will may stand tall.

Rules of the Race:

Complete a ½ mile run + ½ mile carry loop (for a total of 1 mile) within the time limit each round. Participants will carry (2) one-gallon water jugs. *All water will be donated to those in need (shelters, fire departments, etc.) following the event.

The time cap for each lap will start at 20 minutes and decrease 1 minute each subsequent lap.

-Lap 1: 20 minute time cap

-Lap 2: 19 minute time cap

-Lap 3: 18 minute time cap

-And so on…

Failure to finish before the cutoff time eliminates you.

The event continues until only one athlete remains.

Final Male and Female participants will be the Last One Standing.

If all remaining runners do not complete the lap in the prescribed time cap then the first to cross the finish line of that final lap will be named the Last Man/Woman Standing.
