Join us for a Brisket Class with Chris Marks from Three Little Pigs!

Join Chris Marks and learn the art of smoking tender, flavorful brisket! In this hands-on class, he will walk you through every step of the process—from selecting the perfect cut, seasoning, and prepping the meat to mastering the smoker and achieving that perfect low-and-slow cook. Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your technique, you’ll leave with the skills and confidence to create mouthwatering brisket that’s sure to impress!

Chris Marks is a nationally recognized elite competition barbeque chef and barbeque business leader from Kansas City. Chris has won The Grand Championship at The American Royal in Kansas City 8 times. In this class you will learn how to prep and smoke the perfect brisket.

This is a HANDS ON CLASS involving sharp knives. You will trim and season the brisket. You will be taking home a rub, boning knife and the raw brisket you prepared!

The intent is for you to take the brisket home and smoke/cook it on your grill at home.
