Mark Kedzior, of the Warren Astronomical Society, will cover:

  • Types of telescopes used to observe
  • Observational aids to locate objects
  • Popular telescopic objects to observe and current night sky objects of the month
  • Beginner telescopes and cost
  • Latest telescope technology available in pursuing astrophotography

As usual, the presentation will be available on Zoom, but Mark will be presenting from the Knapp Branch of Detroit Public Library. You are welcome to join us in person or online.

DPL is partnering with WSU's planetarium, and local astronomy enthusiasts, on these talks related to astronomy.
