Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Guests must be 21 to enter because alcohol is served at our events. Please be prepared to show your ID.

I have food allergies—what can I do?

Because of the nature of this event, we are only able to accommodate seafood allergies. Please indicate this allergy when you register or contact the organizer at (248) 246-2500. You must let us know at least one week in advance for us to honor  your request.

I want to sit with my friends. How do I do this?

Please let us know when you register the names of guests you want to sit with.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Free parking is available in the parking structure next to the campus. The directions on the map for this event will take you there.

Where do I go inside the campus building for the Event?

The event will take place in E building on the 3rd floor, there will also be directional signs as well.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

These tickets may not be used for any other event, but if you are unable to attend you can give your tickets to someone else.  Please call the Culinary Studies Institute so that we can put their name on the registration list.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No. When you register, you will be asked for your name and of any guests for whom you are purchasing tickets.

Question 9

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

Accepted Answer

Yes, they can use your name at check in time. You may transfer your ticket if you are unable to attend. Please call the Culinary Studies Institute at (248)246-2500 to let them know you are transferring your tickets and provide the name.
