Movement & Mingling Light, intuitive movement and playful connection exercises to awaken the body, release tension or overthinking, and open creative flow. 4. Art Making & Journal Writing A hands-on session to explore your intentions through color, shape, and personal words — translating emotion and vision into personal expression. 5. Reflections & Sharing A moment to pause, integrate, and (if you wish) share insights or creative affirming pieces within the group. 6.
