In this session, we’ll explore how to grow your influence, regardless of title, by understanding and leveraging your unique strengths to lead up, across, and down within your organization. Whether you lead with Influencing strengths or not, growing your influence takes time, strategy and intention. Through reflection and conversation, we’ll unpack how influence works in different directions and how to be more intentional in the way we show up. We’ll also look beyond the org chart to explore how to build external influence by aligning with others, moving your mission forward, and tapping into the strengths of those around you to create momentum and multiply your impact.
