Pre-challenge metrics (details below) + mix and mingle with fellow participants of NOLA.com's 5th annual #AlcoholFreeFor40 challenge. Sample Eat Fit-approved mocktails and food from FUEL Café + Market at Ochsner Fitness Center + Eat Fit partners Swerve, Big Easy Bucha and Andi Lynn Fire Tonic.

Metrics include labs, body composition analysis, weight, blood pressure, and before-and-after photos (for pre- and post-challenge) provided by Ochsner Fitness Nutrition & Eat Fit team.

In order for labs to be provided at such a minimal cost by Ochsner, the lab screening is via blood donation. For those who are cannot donate blood for medical or other reasons, Ochsner’s Corporate Wellness team will be onsite for regular blood draw.
