• 7:00 AM – Sunrise Sound Bath
• 7:00 PM – Evening Sound Bath

Thursdays

• 7:00 AM – Sunrise Sound Bath
• 7:00 PM – Breathwork + Sound Bath (a transformative session combining guided breath and sound healing)
