In this 2-part workshop series, you’ll learn to understand emotions as signals, not problems; separate raw feeling from the stories we attach to them; and begin decoding their hidden wisdom.

Together, we’ll explore how to name emotions without judgment, reframe anxiety as excitement, and recognize how our energy ripples into every interaction.

This series is an introduction to the path of transformation — a space where science and spirit meet to help us turn struggle into strength.This workshop is for adults only, and is donation based. We will have room for 25 - bring a journal and an open heart.
