After nine long years, Pilod is finally back with a brand new album!

Following their previous records Sunny Forecast (2013) and Black Swan (2016), the Leuven-based band went through some turbulent years. Line-up changes and a global pandemic put things on hold, and between 2018 and 2023 the band wrestled with itself. But resilience paid off.

In 2024, Pilod found their groove again. A new energy emerged with the arrival of guitarist Wouter Voorspoels, bringing fresh dynamics and pushing the band into richer sonic territory. Now a full-fledged quartet, Pilod sounds more powerful and versatile than ever.

With the singles "Double Digits", "No Adjustments" and "Anticipate the Fall" (featuring the signature wink of Robbe Maes), the band has already offered a taste of what’s to come. And the future truly looks bright.

Join us on 4 October as we proudly present our new album — recorded and mastered with Jan Viggria (The Guru Guru) at Barnowl Productions.

The album release takes place in hometown Leuven at the Ateliers Minnoye, Off-space for artists and artisans. More on INFO - ATELIERSMINNOYE

Pilod is very happy to have The Flemish Primitives (psychedelic garage rock/postpunk from Leuven) opening the evening. More on The Flemish Primitives (@theflemishprimitivesband) • Instagram photos and videos
