Piero Paialunga is a PhD candidate in Aerospace Engineering & Mechanics at the University of Cincinnati and a Machine‑Learning Engineer with stints at Gen Nine, Apex Microdevices (Air Force R&D), and Accenture FastMRI. His research centers on physics‑informed deep learning and surrogate modeling, earning the Armstrong Institute Award and invitations to speak at QNDE ’22/’23 and ASNT ’23. Piero is a Top Writer on Towards Data Science and will relocate to NYC in June 2025.
