This 3-hour Aikido Bootcamp for Beginners will cover foundational basic application of body movement, ukemi (falling/rolling), striking attacks, and etiquette. This workshop will prepare you to participate in our regular Aikido training program.

No experience necessary! For participants who want to come back into Aikido, you can use this bootcamp to reignite your training. Want to bring friends & family? The more the merrier! As an enrollment option, we now offer group registration, limited up to 4 people maximum. Youth between 14-17 years of age are welcome to participate with prior consent from a legal guardian.

Although spaces are limited, we offer other scheduled dates between now and the end of the year for more opportunities to attend our bootcamp training. You may also re-enroll as many times as you like! Don't delay! Enroll now!

How do we enter the building and find your suite?

On the key pad, dial #112 & you'll be buzzed in. When entering the building make a right on the hallway. We are the 3rd door on the left. Someone will be there to greet you!

Is there an age limit?

Yes. Youth between 14-17 years of age are welcome to participate with prior consent from a legal guardian's signature on our required waiver.

What should I wear?

Wear clothes that are comfortable, that you move in (such as T-shirt & sweatpants). No jeans, shorts, or tank tops.

Will snacks & drinks be provided?

Water & Tea will be provided, but not necessarily snacks.

Is there a required waiver to sign?
