Denver’s new Interim Planning Director, Brad Buchanan, FAIA, is committed to dramatically improving the Development approvals process. Brad’s recent appointment, background, and interest in hearing from AIA members provides us with a real opportunity to understand his plan, share ideas, and help shape a better path forward for development in Denver.
