AI Standards Coaches - AI tools for NC Aligned Instruction

Join us to explore the AI Standards Coaches designed for ELA, Science, Math and general content. These AI assistants are designed to support educators, instructional coaches, school leaders, and district teams in implementing the North Carolina Standard Course of Study with alignment to NC instructional priorities. Participants will examine how these AI assistants, trained on curated resources from the Office of Teaching and Learning, ISTE and more, support standards unpacking, instructional planning, and the integration of high-leverage, literacy-rich instructional practices across content areas. Using prompting guides, attendees will see how the Standards Coaches actively transform NC standards into clear learning targets and high-quality, classroom-ready instruction, and how PSUs can customize and extend these tools with local materials while maintaining fidelity to NC standards and resources.
