Are you ready to master the AI skills you need to ship and deliver your own AI app?

Are you tired of seeing 19 and 23 years gold print cash from apps they vibe coded on their own that are printing $200K+ a month?

Did you know you can do it too?

Here is the Agenda for the 4 Day AI Product Management Hackathon we are hosting for an hour a day for the entire week.

The purpose of the hackathon is to take all the procrastination from learning AI and shipping a product fast.

Its doable people and all you have to do is show up and participate or you can just choose to watch everybody else have all the fun.

  • Day 1 - Choose a Niche for Your AI Side Project
  • Day 2 - Setup Marketing and Distribution Channels to Monetize Product
  • Day 3 - Start Vibe Coding and Building
  • Day 4 - Ship the Product and Lessons Learned

Day 1 - Choose a Niche for Your AI Side Project

Most people get stuck on choosing a niche and this is what is holding most people back from deploying.

Stop manifesting misery with analysis paralysis and just choose from the following options.

The most profitable apps to monetize with AI are products focused on people’s insecurities, so you either choose to conjure one yourself, reverse engineer an existing app that is already successful, or replicate a successful app in a foreign language for a different target demographic in another country.

You will be presented with an overview options within in one hour and just choose one.

Here is the thing champs, the magical number is of how many apps you should be shipping before you can hit profitability is 30 and that’s what you should focus on is going through this process over and over and over again 30x to become proficient.

The best way to learn is by doing and when you do something 30x over things just start clicking.

Focus on process and not outcomes because there are more AI hackathons to come.

Day 2 - Setup Marketing and Distribution Channels to Monetize Product

We are going to focus all over Day 2 on how you can go to market and monetize your product.

This is a topic not talked about enough or at all and its really sad because we are here to print cash from the AI gold rush.

The old way was to build first and then figure out how to monetize later, but that model is deeply flawed and will keep you poor in the age of AI.

You need to set up your marketing and distribution channels now in order to have a customer base (or your die hard fan club) to unload your product to.

The session on the second day is going to be highly focused creating the necessary marketing channels (ie YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and etc..) and more importantly to set up system to promote each other.

We are living in the attention economy right now and if you aren’t able to monetization attention then your app is cooked.

Day 3 - Start Vibe Coding and Building

On Day 3 we will focus on the technical aspect of building out your product.

Please come with your idea ready to go and we can help you put a roadmap and product requirements document or PRD together.

Ship fast and ship often champs.

Speed is your greatest ally and asset in this market and slowness is total opposite.

Day 4 - Ship the Product and Lessons Learned

Congratulations! You just completed your first AI product management hackathon.

Know you did good, so enjoy Halloween.

We are going to go through everybody’s experience and talk about what we could have improved and more importantly setup a time to check in to see how everybody is doing in a few weeks.

Disclaimer:

Can’t show up to all 5 sessions? Then just come to the ones you can because the best time to start is still right now.
