Lesson 1: EDGE + AI-Native Thinking - Grasp the EDGE™ Imperative—Exponential, Disruptive, Generative, and Emergent forces transforming work. What it means to be AI-Native.

Lesson 2: AI Basics - Understand AI, large language models, machine language, generative AI, safe use, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and intelligent agents in plain language. Master safe and effective AI prompting with proven techniques.

Lesson 3: The 7 AI-Native Success Factors - Apply the 7 AI-Native Success Factors to drive value from day one from upskilling and workflow redesign to safety, governance, and alignment.

Lesson 4: Workflow Improvement & Business Brief - Redesign one of your personal workflows using AI to deliver real value using AI.

Lesson 5: Roadmap to AI-Native - Build an action plan to move from individual skill to team influence and organizational impact.

Lesson 6: AI-Native Pitch - Design a personal 30-60-90 day AI plan and pitch use cases with confidence.

What to Bring - a laptop with internet access (you'll be hands-on throughout). Access to a generative AI tool like ChatGPT, Claude, CoPilot, or Gemini. This course is highly interactive, and you will be using AI extensively.

Certification - After completing the course, you’ll take a 20-question multiple-choice exam online via SAFe Studio. You’ll need to score 80% or higher to pass. You’ll earn the Certified AI-Native Foundations Professional credential from Scaled Agile, issued via Credly.

Cancellation by CGI

CGI reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class at any time, including but not limited to, insufficient registrations, classroom or trainer unavailability, or if the trainer could not attend due to unforeseen circumstances.

You are advised to consult a CGI contact person prior to making any travel arrangements for a training.

CGI is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled class, including, but not limited to cancellation penalties owing to transportation or accommodation arrangements.

Registrants would not be charged for the training and would be offered full credit to a future workshop or full refund as per the wish of the registrant.
